The Linx 10 or the 8900 Series continuous inkjet printers provide a non-contact, reliable inkjet coding for harsh environments.

Linx CO2 Lasers provide a clean, reliable and cost effective coding solution.Due to their precise and permanent marking capabilities, our laser coders are ideal for high quality coding requirements such as brand protection or anti-counterfeit marks on perfume & liquor bottles.

Large Character Case Coders offer a cost-effective alternative to labels and preprinted boxes. High definition printing of large characters, images, and barcodes onto porous substrates such as paper, card, and wood.

Dairy

Reliable operation in wet production environments is key, especially on fast-moving lines producing products with a short shelf life, where time to market is short and profit margins can be low.
The Linx 10 or the 8900 Series continuous inkjet printers and Large Character Case Coders are solutions can help maximize uptime between multiple SKUs with quick, error-free code changeovers while line setups can be stored and retrieved for repeat work.

Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical

Linx 10 or the 8900 Series continuous inkjet printers are ideal for marking and coding date and lot codes onto substrates such as glass and plastic jars and bottles, containers, tincture and dropper bottles, glass packers, pumps and Boston rounds. The range of inks ensures that you have the right legibility of code for your product, with black, blue, grey, white, and yellow inks available should you be using amber colored or black capped bottles.
Designed to code in hygiene controlled production environments, features such as ingress protection ensures our coders can be washed down without affecting their operation or the clarity of date or batch number marking.

Wood Products

We have been providing coding and marking solutions to the construction industry since 1987. Environments are usually harsh, and printing materials can vary quite substantially (from metal and plastic, to glass and timber). However different these materials may be, their printing requirements have a lot in common. Not only must the code itself be durable and resistant, but in order to work efficiently in a harsh construction environment, the printer must be durable, too.

Our equipment is designed to work reliably in the harshest of production environments – sealed printheads and up to IP65-rated enclosures keep out dust, and liquids. Both CIJ and Laser Coders can meet challenges faced by the construction industry, from the need for high-contrast, indelible printing to non-contact coding removing the issue of wear and tear when marking abrasive materials. Linx has a reliable, easy-to-use and cost effective coding and marking solution to meet your exacting specifications.

Fish

Packaging of perishable goods such as fish require fast, efficient solutions, and that includes your coding equipment. Linx printers are designed to deliver reliable operation in the most demanding of production applications including high speed lines, varying pack materials, and wet, cold, saline or greasy environments – ideal for the challenging conditions of fish packaging production lines. Downtime or reworks are avoided, meaning your product makes it to market as fresh as possible, and scrappage is reduced.

The Markoprint X1Jet MX codes on flat absorbent surfaces quickly, accurately and reliably. The printer comes in three versions that print 2” or 4” high.

The Compact version has a vertically fixed printhead
The Vario version can be turned up to 90 degrees to the left and allows coding on rising conveyor belts
The Top version codes from above, onto the packaging or the product

The newly introduced Datalase Marking System utilizes the Linx CSL10 and CSL30 Lasers to mark on pretreated cases at high speeds with incredibly sleek images, barcodes and text.

Contract Packaging
