Our pigmented inks are ideal for high contrast coding and marking of light or dark materials such as plastic cables or extrusions. Pigmented inks retain their clarity for years, even if the printed plastic products are stored outside.

Corrugated Case

Case Marking
From simple dot-matrix to 600dpi High Resolution, CRS has the answer to all your case coding needs.
HP/Cartridge Printing
AT Info offers a broad line of thermal inkjet printing and Trident technologies for printing content information and barcode identifiers on outer shipping cartons.
Thermal inkjet printers range from single pen to 8-pen models. These industrial inkjet printers print messages from 1/2-inch high to 4-inches high and 40-inches long with superb print quality adjustable from 150 to 600 dpi. For a simple 1/2-inch high message, customers can use the single pen X1Jet or Integra One models. These thermal inkjet case coding systems can be equipped with automatic AIMS ink delivery systems that dispense 700ml of ink from dual bulk ink supplies and can be connected to 1, 2,4,6 and 8-pen AUTOPRINT printers.
AUTOPRINT X2Jet and X4Jet printers with Trident technology are reliable, cost-effective systems for printing clear, 2-inch high barcodes on corrugated shipping cartons and cases.

Hi-Res Systems
The Linx IJ355 and IJ375 offer Xaar technology with unstitched print heights of 2.09”and 2.76” and resolution of 200dpi. The Integra PP108 prints at a height of 4>25” and resolution of 180DPI at over 800 fpm.

Non-Porous Surfaces

Linx CIJ printers are the main source for most Non-Porous printing. From simple date and time messaging With the simple and economicLinx10 to thick multi-line printing with the Linx 8900 Series, Linx Continuous Inkjet has been the mainstay. Inks for porous substrates like paper and corrugate have always been the sweet spot for Thermal Inkjet technology. Now, with the introduction of HP Solvent inks plus follow-on products, ATIP coders can print on plastics, foils, films, glossy boxes and more.

Maintaining compliance while managing costs
One such production cost that can impact profitability and yet is an essential part of the packaging process is the application of best before dates, product identification and traceability data onto every product. With a growing requirement for the coding and marking of individual items, demands on coding solutions are becoming more challenging for snack producers and so the issue of choosing the right coding solution has become critical to achieving profitable margins.
